Stage 9 has some of the more frustrating spellcards in the game, not to mention the infamous 9-6 spellcard. 9-1 (unnamed) This Scene is ridiculous. It’s not that it’s particularly hard to do, it’s just that the bullets are so DENSE, you’re given almost no room. I can’t count the number of times I’ve gotten to the fifth shot, only to be clipped at the last second Still, can’t really get mad at it, considering it’s all reading and dodging. 9-2 新難題「月のイルメナイト」 New Impossible Request “Lunar Ilmenite” Fun card, really. Again, pure dodging. There’s apparently an easy way to misdirect the bullets by going around the upper corners, but I decided to take it on the old-fashioned, more-satisfying way c: 9-3 薬符「胡蝶夢丸ナイトメア」 Medicine Sign “Butterfly Dream Pill – Nightmare Type” This is hilariously easy. Eirin’s butterfly bullets are completely incapable of harming you; they’re actually aimed AROUND you, unlike most aimed bullets which are aimed AT you. All you have to worry about are the flower petal bullets, which aren’t densely-packed enough to be even slightly threatening. 9-4 新難題「エイジャの赤石」 New Impossible Request “Red Stone of Aja” Not too hard until the last shot, where the lasers suddenly, like, double in density, making it very easy to get smashed in the face by Kaguya’s big laser, especially since it just moves so damn fast. 9-5 練丹「水銀の海」 Elixir “Mercury Sea” This card’s pretty much a logic puzzle, but I have yet to figure out exactly …
